Boston reports show February 1965 Vermont construction contracts totaling 6.293 million dollars, up 65 percent from February 1964. Non-residential 1.533 million, down 16 percent. residential 364,000, up 33 percent. non-building 4.396 million, up sharply. First two months 1965 total 8.792 million, up 45 percent. Frank W.
