Minister Plans Trip Into China
Dallas AP reports Texas minister Ira Rice Jr plans to lead a 300 missionary task force into Red China, with 1948 as an informal target date. Rice says entry could be legal or, if necessary, illegal, even considering renouncing U.S. citizenship. He cites pledged funds for a Singapore college and says many volunteers hail from Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan. He emphasizes Mandarin study and predicts changes in communism over 10 to 15 years.
