New Nutrition Course Offered at Lee College in Spring
Lee College will offer a new nutrition course in the spring semester starting January 2 taught by Mrs. Cozette Penney. The class targets nursing students but open to all, meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:50 to 12:10. It covers nutrition basics in health and disease and diet modification for therapy, with housewives and future homemakers noted as benefiting from diet and nutritive value units.
