Bath's Grid Team Holds Brunswick to Scoreless Tie
A crowd of nearly 500 saw Bath's football team hold Brunswick to a scoreless tie at Kelley field on Thanksgiving morning. Bath outplayed the visitors though they could not cross the goal line, with Rupe Lewis carrying most of Bath's offense and Brunswick repeatedly thwarted by Bath's rugged line and stout defense. Substitutions and hard tackles characterized the effort as Bath showed promise for a stronger attack with practice.
