Complaint Against Officer For Neglect To Investigate

Crowds Take Sail on Steamer Virginia
Warm weekend brought the steamer Virginia its best season business with about 100 aboard for island and Boothbay trips and 125 on the regular Sunday run despite morning fog. A Portland to Bath group joined the voyage and the boat left Bath at 10 30 a m after a half hour delay from fog lifting to ideal conditions later in the day.

Annual meeting follows church service Sunday
Rev Horace T Holton of the Porter Congregational Church Brockton Mass spoke on Consider the lilies of the field and praised Sunday flower decorations by Rev and Mrs Charles L Stevens. Falls From Draw Span At Arrowsic Bridge
Millard Warner a Morse high sophomore aged 15 fell from the Arrowsic bridge draw span to the highway deck while diving into the Gasanoa river. He sustained fractures to the right shoulder and left arm and was taken to Memorial hospital after being assisted by Arthur D Brown and his wife who had driven on to the span.
