An auto excursion under Lovell Commercial club auspices brought nine cars and forty five men and three ladies from Lovell to Cody for a dairy education trip. County Agent A H Tedmon organized the visit with Cody club pilots, including a model dairy farm tour at Rumsey, a tour of the creamery, and a canyon trip to the government dam. A banquet at Cody capped the day with remarks from Tedmon and others, praising the effort to aid farmer development.
A Cody paper praised Lovell county agricultural agent for high value to Mayor Leit and farmers, noting previous opposition faded as the agent became a fixture. The notice lists a sheriff sale of Big Horn County real estate, description including NE and SE quarters of Section 35, Township 57, Range 97, with sale set for Sept 2, 1916 at Basin courthouse.
Baptist Church schedule includes Sunday school 10 am, services 11 am and 7 30 pm on second and fourth Sundays, youth meeting 6 30 pm, and Wednesday prayer at 7 30 pm. Presbyterian and Methodist notices list Sunday school at 10 am, morning worship at 11 am, evening services at 8 pm, with sermon subjects noted. M F Newport listed as pastor with phone number.
