Wyoming Sanitary Code Notifiable Diseases Rules
The 1921 Wyoming Statutes authorize the State Board of Health to publish annual rules for public health. Notifiable diseases include influenza, smallpox, tuberculosis, and rabies among many others with penalties and placards. Health officers, physicians, teachers, and householders must report cases within 24 hours and follow isolation and quarantine procedures as prescribed.
