Chas Wilcox Killed in Truck Wreck Near Grass Creek
Chas Wilcox an Ohio Off Company employee was killed Tuesday morning when his truck skidded between Cody and Me rteetse and overturned pinning him beneath. The body was found later after the wreck reoccurred, Wilcox head crushed. He is survived by a widow and two children of Grass Creek. He had been injured in last summer’s Grass Creek explosion tied to the Albert Lампitt case.

School Board Considers High School Additions

District court this week consolidated Gardener v C B Q Gage v C B Q Sellhorn v C B Q and others from Worland. A jury of twelve heard damages from flood water caused by the railroad. The Billings Cigar Co v Richardson case was decided in favor of the plaintiff. Lily Dinsmore et al v Phillip Bullett moved for a change of judge. Albert Lampitt case moved for 20 days to file motion for new trial. Upcoming docket includes Greybull v Carey and several State v cases. Disaster Ends In Flames As Roma Airship Falls At Hampton
At Hampton Roads Virginia on Tuesday the Army airship Roma with 45 aboard plunged from about 1000 feet. Thirty four died and eight were seriously injured while three were uninjured or lightly bruised as the huge dirigible burst into flames after hitting a high tension line. Fire departments fought the blaze, but only a few survivors were saved.

Taylor knew eight men killed in Langley disaster
