On June 5 1919 the districts commissioners filed in the district court clerk’s office a report detailing proper routes and boundaries for the drainage project. It notes no land injury or damages, presents construction cost estimates and maps, and lists benefit assessments against land parcels in Township 49 North Range 92 West Wyoming.
The report presents an estimate of probable cost to keep the drains in repair, amounting to 814.60. This figure is cited as part of the assessment schedule for drainage upkeep.
Certificate of incorporation filed in Cheyenne Wyoming on May 31 1919 for Williams Petroleum Company. Objects include mining locations claims and mineral deposits and to engage in petroleum oils natural gas and hydrocarbons. Principal office Basin Big Horn Wyoming with E B Sullivan as agent. Directors are E T Williams Martin McGrath and E J Sullivan. Last pub June 27 1919.
