Sealed proposals are invited by the Antelope Drainage District Basin Wyoming for 26286 feet of closed tile drains about nine feet deep. Bid blanks, plans and specs available from District Engineer Clyde W Atherly for $8.00. Proposals due by 10 a m Tuesday August 5th 1919 with a $500 certified check. The district may reject any or all bids.
