Buckmaster seeks cancellation of Homestead Entry Serial No. 037938 filed February 9, 1926 for land in Section 2 Township 10 N Range 8 W SBM. Buckmaster alleges nonresidence and abandonment. Castamagna must answer within 20 days after the fourth publication, with proof of service. Publication dates October 10, 17, 24 and 31, 1929.
The Kramer Consolidated Oil Company in Los Angeles calls a July 22 1929 board meeting to levy a half cent per share assessment No 117 on capital stock payable to J J Morris secretary. Unpaid stock by Sept 2 1929 becomes delinquent and will be sold Sept 30 1929 at 2 PM to cover the delinquent assessment and sale costs. First pub July 25 1929.

Signed by Superior Valley residents and mining interests, plus Barstow merchants seeking north Barstow development, it notes Barstow as shipping point and trading center.
