The Nevada California Electric Corporation reports a gross revenue of 5 461 340 for 1928, up 358 611 from 1927, with the annual report mailed to stockholders after a Denver meeting. The group includes The Southern Sierras Power The Nevada California Power Yuma Utilities Imperial Tea and Development Hillside Water Cain Irrigation and Interstate Telegraph companies. By Feb 1 1929, 96.9 percent of rights to purchase one share of preferred stock for 10 shares were exercised to fund 1929 construction. Consumers also offered a preferred stock purchase option across territories served.
