Award of Hutchison Street Contract Barstow CA 1930
The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors awarded the Hutchison Street improvement contract on April 7 1930 to Carl De Wolf of Barstow for 4900 dollars. The work includes cement concrete sidewalks four inches thick on both sides and a monolithic curb and gutter along Hutchison Street between First Street and the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railway right of way. Reference is made to Plans and Cross-section No 3 and Specifications No 3 on file with the County Surveyor.
