Land lottery fraud case names orphans in Georgia county

In Richmond County Georgia the Superior Court on April 14 1308 orders orphans and others including Penina and Jesse Johnson Harrison Bell Nelly Nevils Peggy Ann Patterson John Hagins Abraham Kimple Helena Prignet Mary Wilds Adam Cloud Jared Hundley and John Pumphrey or their representatives to appear on the third Monday in October to prove their claims to specified tracts in Wilkinson and Baldwin counties asserting that entries were made fraudulently against the law.
