After nine months, an application to the inferior court of Greene County will seek leave to sell Lot Fifteen with improvements in Greenesborough for Janet Howe des heirs and creditors. May 21. ROBERT HOWE adm'r.

The act strengthens embargo rules and bonds for US and foreign vessels, requiring bonds up to twice vessel value for US ships and five times for foreign ships, with penalties, relanding proof, and exemptions for fishing vessels and certain coastal trade, approved March 12 1808.
