Sunday doctors Porterfield Morse and Campbell performed a skin graft on the head of Homer Everett's young son after a sorghum field accident caused partial scalp loss. Strips from each upper arm were grafted to form a new scalp though some bare bone areas remain. The patient is recovering and expected to improve with time.
Mayor Lester L. Tilden proclaims the November 7 1899 general election voting places by ward and sets the registration sessions October 26 27 and November 4 from 5 a m to 7 p m at city clerk’s Fourth street ward offices courthouse high school basement and other ward venues.
