Lady Windemere's Fan at the Grand earns major hit
The Players Club of Atlanta presented Oscar Wilde’s Lady Windemere’s Fan at the Grand last night under Mrs Thaddeus Horton. The near-capacity audience and strong cast performance ranked it among the season’s best. Mrs Palmer Phelan Clarke led a distinguished ensemble including Mrs J Barbour Thompson and Miss Marian Peel, with praised delivery and stage presence. The production reflected careful preparation, with no reliance on individual talents alone, and forecasts a large house for future shows.
