Man Arrest Follows Theft Wave At Office Buildings
In Atlanta last evening J D Cash was arrested as he was leaving the English American building with stolen goods. Police say a long series of larcenies from city offices is tied to him and over $500 worth of articles found at his home at 33 Larkin street are alleged thefts from multiple buildings. Detectives report cash as the principal suspect and expect more charges.

North Attleboro Massachusetts December 17 Frederick Sargent vice president and cashier of the Jewelers' National Bank was found dead in his apartment bath tub. Medical exam says incidental drowning. Bank directors held informal meeting and communicated with Albert Wiggin to keep the bank open. A full director meeting is planned and National Bank Examiner Harry Currier will review the books. Sargeant 37 had suffered indigestion recently.

In Butte Montana December 17 six non-union workers from Ball Telephone Company were deported by mob action after being taken across the divide and released in the woods with orders not to return. Earlier today about 100 men escorted four non-union carpenters and laborers from the Bell building toward the Jefferson county line. Police Chief Wynne said the unrest followed a recent federal injunction against boycotts affecting the Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Company in the state. The Bell company pursues new construction despite the boycott, raising fears of further clashes.
