Vogel claims someone else cooked his children and The little Moore boy was taken inside to show his wife if he was the boy who threw rocks. Judge Foster set bonds of 22 dollars for appearance before Mayor Rhodes and 150 dollars for Jacge Cobb's court next month. He was released after posting bonds.
