Three Men Freed After Alleged Mine Plot in Ohio
Three of four men arrested in an alleged plot to shoot guards and blow the Luhrig Collieries mine in Luhrig were released without charges by the prosecutor. Alonzo Walters of Glouster pleaded guilty to carrying concealed weapons and was released on a $500 bond, with $600 bond set to send him to Athens County Common Pleas Court.
