Children Taken To Specialists For Eye Treatments

Halloweener Shot After Buckshot Warning
Virgil McLeod 16 of Mechanicsburg received buckshot to the face and wounds to a left arm after ignoring a warning from Henry Tubbs 20. McLeod was taken to Dr J M Higgins in Athens where seven shots were found in his face and two in his left arm. Tubbs was arrested and jailed by Deputy Wayne Wingett. no charges filed by noon.
