Death of Mrs. Selig in Pittsburg
Mrs. Selig aged mother of Mrs. Sam Sommer died at her daughter Mrs. Isaac Half home in Pittsburg Sunday morning. She had lived with her daughter here for years and was visiting in Pittsburg. Mrs. Sommer went to Pittsburg to bring her mother home and stayed with her at her death. Mr. Sommer traveled to Pittsburg Sunday night for the funeral and interment Monday in Pittsburg.
Death of Jesse Wilson at Jerseyville
Jesse Wilson died early Tuesday at his home one mile west of Jerseyville at nearly 74. Death was due to catarrh of the bladder. He leaves a wife and several grown children. Funeral services will be Thursday by Rev. E. W. Howe and Rev. L Matheny. Interment in Jerseyville Christian cemetery.
