Funeral services for J H Gardner engineer on the New York a rural railroad were held at 664 South Park Avenue Columbus. Burial was in Worthington. Gardner would have been 89 at Thanksgiving Day. He died suddenly Wednesday from apoplexy and heart trouble after returning home from his run and working in his basement. He was born in Columbus and is survived by his wife formerly Miss Nelle Rickey of Albany and two children Nina fourteen and John sixteen. Attending relatives listed from Albany and Glouster.
