Old Music Boxes At Colmer Home Reflect Americana

The Colmer family in Athens preserves a collection of music boxes and antiques dating back a century. A Reginaphone from post Civil War era plays 15 minutes with disks, while an Edison Phonograph of 1900 and 100-year-old correspondence display their passion for rare artifacts. The living room overflows with china, glass, and other items, none for sale, though they pursue auctions to expand their lore.
