Waner Brothers Still Poison Despite Paul’s Glasses
The Waner brothers Paul and Lloyd remain a potent duo in baseball as Dodgers outfielders. Paul, a left handed hitter born April 16 1903, posted a .380 in 1927 and wore glasses late in last season. Lloyd born March 16 1906 at Harrah Oklahoma is a sober, steady player and abstainer. Both refuse to complain about umpires and credit their success to small size and skill.
