Mason Jury Report Is Expected
The Mason grand jury for the May term of Circuit Court began duties Monday with a report anticipated Tuesday morning. Special jurors named by Judge James Thompson include Paul Rariden and Mrs. Dora Toney. Betty Jane Fowler and other civil cases were moved or dismissed. one case sent to Federal Court. In Gallipolis, Robert Lyle Phister 27, of Wood County died in a gun battle at Addison roadside park. funeral arrangements announced.
