Mrs Beulah Meeks of Athens Route 5 filed assault and battery charges against Leonard Davies of Athens Route 5 after an alleged attack on her son Karl 17. Davies pleaded innocent and posted 58 a bond for an April 3 hearing in Municipal Court.
