Land owner bars city entry to Crabtree Field in dispute
Nelsonville reports Tom McCollum of Lake Hope Drive erected a board fence across the entrance to Estel Crabtree Memorial Field, claiming the city owned ground is part of his recently purchased adjacent property. The city considers the land historic park and may seek appraisals and deed clarification, while McCollum maintains his stake.
