George Martin shaped the Beatles rise to iconic fame
London AP reports George Martin, the quiet, urbane producer, guided the Beatles from Liverpool lads to a pioneering global sensation. His classical touch helped evolve their sound with innovations like Eleanor Rigby and A Day in the Life, shaping late 20th century music while remaining a regal, loyal figure in rock history.
