The Ohio University Board of Trustees met in a lengthy session selecting Dr. Edwin Watts Chubb as Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, replacing Ex-President C. W. Super. The Normal College building was named Ellis Hall and the Carnegie Library was named for the new library.
