Dear Abby Advice on Friends with Benefits and Moving Dilemma
The column addresses two topics. A reader asks if friends with benefits can coexist without harming the friendship and whether to pursue that path. Abby advises two willing people are needed and suggests ending the idea. She then offers guidance to a reader moving abroad with a boyfriend, urging open family communication and proposing marriage before departure to ease tension.

Rule to shield students from rogue for profit schools
The Obama administration proposes a rule to forgive loans for misled or defrauded borrowers and to hold at risk schools accountable. It sets a clear relief process for students claiming deceit about job prospects and requires schools to notify students and set aside funds for future claims after Corinthian Colleges collapse. The rule would streamline debt relief for groups affected by similar misconduct, reducing individual filing.
