VA to extend Agent Orange benefits to Air Force reservists
The VA reverses course and moves to cover Air Force reservists who fell ill after exposure to Agent Orange on Fairchild C-123 planes post Vietnam. If approved, more than 2,000 reservists in 1972 to 1982 would qualify for disability benefits and related medical care under the Agent Orange program.
