Sen D J Gunsett of Van Wert plans a bill in the Ohio Senate to levy a state wide tax on net earned incomes aiming to raise 10 million dollars annually. The plan includes graduated rates from one to five percent with exemptions for single persons heads of families and dependents. Half the proceeds would fund local schools and the rest the state aid fund for educational equalization.
