Theodore McCloy aged 27 of Apple Creek Wayne County was placed on three years probation by Judge F Rowland after a manslaughter conviction in Athens County Common Pleas Court. McCloy was found guilty in the death of Lowell Smith in a crash that also involved Mrs Smith and two children.
