New Orleans December 2. No trace of the French rum schooner Arsene J found today after it escaped an American cutter with two American agents aboard. Internal Revenue craft joined the search while Prohibition officials feared for the safety of J. B. Mathews and an assistant who were aboard during the breakout Monday night. The schooner had been captured and was to be brought to port but weather forced the cutters to release it. it then sailed away with the two Americans aboard.
