County moves funds from Nelsonville plan to Coolville project
Athens County Commissioners ask the Ohio Development Services Agency for a waiver to reroute $5,000 of revolving loan fund money from a planned Nelsonville planning document to support a Coolville sewer hook up issue. The transfer comes from a $10,000 RLF grant and $7,500 in CDBG funds earmarked last year for a Nelsonville plan.
