Waugh crowned Miss Parade of the Hills in Nelsonville
Sydney Waugh a 16 year old from McArthur won the 2016 Parade of the Hills Queen title at the 67th festival in Nelsonville with Cassie Gatchel as first attendant and Alexandria Snider as second attendant. Miranda Ousley earned the dress award and Joanna Breeze Miss Congeniality while outgoing queen Alissa Clowes spoke of a year traveling to 31 Ohio festivals.
