Frank Iseler and Mary Delpetra were tried before a justice of the peace on fornication and adultery charges. E T Rose presided Friday afternoon. About twelve witnesses testified. both defendants were bound over to the common pleas court for the November term. Delpetra was released on her own recognizance and sent back to Lebrig. Iseler remains in jail unable to post bond.
