Hopkins from Athens Georgia is an Emory College graduate 1901 and LLD graduate of Georgia 1904. He has a strong Yale debating record and helps secure the negative on the question Resolved that a commission to power be given to fix railroad rates. He is son of Dr I S Hopkins of this place and gains local friends as news of his success spreads.
