For the fourth time in our thirty seven years of store life we offer a sale of curtain and drapery fabrics. Goods are arranged through the center aisle on the first floor and priced below manufacturer levels. Domestic and foreign materials include curtain scrim nets draperies madras voiles cretonnes tapestries and more. Our advice come early.
Curtain scrims in varied weaves designs and patterns on table No 1. White grounds with colored borders and plain scrims in white and cream with plain and hemstitched borders. Bargains priced at 85c and 49c per yard. Come early while selection lasts.
The listing highlights beautiful cretonnes in imported Japanese designs and solid color silk draperies in many colors along with French Madras. Materials range from 85¢ to $1.00, with savings noted as cotton sales were slow at 10¢ a pound.
A table of curtains and draperies offers flowered cretonnes marquisettes voiles and scrims in white and ecru at prices 40 45 and 58 cents per yard. Shoppers can furnish rooms with affordable stylish fabrics from Table No 2.
A sale table features nets, cretonnes, scrims, repps and draperies in pastel shades. Shoppers encouraged to visit Table 6 for 79 cents, with savings below market cost and limited time.
A display shows cretonies for window draperies knitting bags scrims madras and nets in plain and lacy designs with borders. Prices run 55c to 65c per yard but Table 3 offers items at 39c each for a limited time.
Table No 7 showcases a vast stock of imported cretonnes fine nets Borin French Madras in multiple colors and weaves including tapestries. Prices regularly range from 1.25 to 1.50 per yard.
Table No. 8 advertises curtain remnants offered at one half and less. Pieces are scarce with only a few yards per piece and prices to be set by noon. Early arrival urged to ensure availability.
The 7c table presents matched lace sets with dainty patterns offered at 10c per yard. Shoppers are urged to view the new lines at 7c before they are picked over for purchase.
