Buzz Saw Injuries Fatal Risk in Rushville Area
William Gardner, 50, of Rushville, badly injured when a buzz saw pulled by a tractor threw him eight feet landing head first in the tractor. He suffered concussions, multiple fractures and severe facial injuries. he was unconscious at 2:30 pm and taken to St Joseph's hospital. Gardner, married with 10 children, is a cousin of A Gardner and L S Gardner.

Kohler Shoe Co saw entry via back window bars. one pair high boots and ten pennies missing. A patrolman found the damaged window around 11:30 p m. and alerted authorities.
