Andrews School District approves bond plan with upgrades and new buildings
The board approves a bond package including 215000 for air conditioning of all schools, 90000 for a vocational building, 120000 for eight new senior high classrooms, and 53000 for remodeling. Also set tax rate at 2.03 with 1.50 maintenance and .53 debt service.
