Mrs. J. G. Cowan Dies Sudden in Americus
Mrs. J G Cowan died at her residence on West Farlow street Tuesday night at 11 40 after waking in pain and dying before a doctor arrived. She leaves a husband and two children, a two week old baby, and large family in several states. Remains were sent to Jonesboro for interment in Jonesboro cemetery. She was 33, described as loving and Christian and well liked in Americus.
