Mrs Burk Stinson hosted two social events at 818 Tennessee Street, a bridge luncheon for No Hi Bridge Club members with yellow chrysanthemum Halloween decor and prize winnings for high scores. That evening a dinner bridge honored club members and spouses with top prizes to Mrs George Russell and F W Randal. Dr and Mrs E F Lanham of 2037 Hughes Street returned from a Dallas trip.

Mrs. Raymond Herzog of Aztec New Mexico was guest of honor at a bridge party hosted by Mrs. E P Kane in Palo Duro apartments. Notable Halloween decor included pumpkins and witches.
