Rockford Illinois January 24 Miss Josephine Romano 27 was arrested for assault and battery after slapping Dr Paul E Dee following a minor collision. She said her car had been hit by three motorists recently and was released on 28.40 bond for a police court hearing. Dee obtained the warrant.
