Friona Youth Charged With Slaying of 72YearOld Grandmother

Lloyd Herschel Pierce, about 16, is charged with murder in Bowie County for the Monday night shooting of Mrs. Missouri Coleman, 72, who sat in a rocking chair at her farm home two miles southwest of New Boston.
