Communist power plant lights U S Army posts
A United Press dispatch from Seoul reports a letter to the director of Korean Communist electric facilities in Kaesong. It claims U N and American command posts drew power from the Kaesong plant without payment, via a South Korean worker aided by Maj James H. Lee of Dallas. The note notes lights stayed on at Munsan during December nights and ends with thanks to the Communist bosses.
