Potter County commissioners announced a partial solution to courthouse parking by arranging use of Fillmore Street between Fifth and Sixth with five spaces at the south end. The allotment, expected to serve about 25 cars, covers county road and bridge supervisor, county nurse, county welfare office and constable, plus two county tax assessors and three school district tax assessors. Remaining spaces go to sheriff's department and liquor control board vehicles. The plan follows City Judge Harris Lofthus's decision not to waive overtime parking tickets for county workers.

Funeral Rites Held For Dr Neal Hall
Funeral services were conducted at Boxwell Brothers Chapel for Dr. Neal Hall a 56 year old Amarillo physician. Rev Galen Onstad officiated with burial in Llano Cemetery. Hall died last night at St Anthony's Hospital after illness. He lived at 810 West Fourteenth and came from a prominent Amarillo family with ties to the old Court of Civil Appeals. He attended Amarillo High School and the University of Texas before serving in the Mexican border fight and World War I. He graduated from UT Medical School Galveston in 1923.
