The Llano Estacado Chapter D A R will hold its regular monthly meeting Monday at 3 PM in the Women's club rooms of the Auditorium. Members of the Amarillo Country Club plan a formal Saturday evening dance for club members with Virgil Proctor and his orchestra providing music. Officers preside as vice presidents and secretary with Mrs C A Chesshir as parliamentarian. Mrs O E Long spoke on P T A Work and officer duties. The high sixth grade program drew many parents. Evans' room won a prize for most parents present.

The Vaughn Sunday school class of Polk Street Methodist will hold a party tomorrow evening at 8 o clock in the church. All members urged to attend. Mrs W S Lesler visiting relatives in Lorenzo staying with sister Miss Willie Wiley before leaving for home in Shaurock Namereana Miss Ella Guy has been away from work this week due to illness.
