Know Your City Educational Re Quote notes a column from two years ago about drought driven school plays and financing. Alpine school officials struggle with playground insurance for all activities. Mr M L Hopson of The Pilot Company Raleigh NC handles 800 policies at 1.25 each with slim profit and potential policy changes. Alpine Schools Face Staffing and Maintenance Challenges

Gray, Jr. resigned to run her own business, after years of running Alpine Central and Centennial cafeterias and supervising meals for about 285,000 students since 1946. Custodial staff begin summer repairs, including roof patching and field maintenance for Alpine High, with Mr. Mack Brown on leave and Henry Olazaba overseeing duties in his absence. General Motors highway construction film arrives for October 18 1954 showings, and a UT campus class ring was found and returned to its owner.
